I was highly impressed with Dr Thomas Schwanbenbauer expertise and knowledge on my chronic pain n sciatica problem. He recommended the therapy to be used in his office and I will surely refer him to all my family n friends . Thank you for all your help. All the staff n therapist were very helpful and great services was given to all the patients .

I love Dr. Hawkins! My back and neck have improved tremendously in the months I have been seeing him! A friend recommended him and I'm so glad she did! Dr. Hawkins finds all the spots on my back and neck that need attention, even when I don't realize they do! He will press on a certain point on my back or neck and I notice it would be sore there. He seems to have magic hands and intuitively knows exactly where to go to help me! He is so knowledgeable both medically and on any subject we talk about.
His office staff is always friendly and helpful. I love going to his office!

Dr.Hawkins was laser focused on my problem. With the use of the sonogram he showed me the tendon tears and explained that he would use a guided cortisone injection to ease the pain. He was careful and sensitive when injecting .Highly recommend.

Dr Hawkins was great! Was very thorough with his examination of my shoulder and was able show me the problem using ultrasound. His guided injection was carful and painless. Going forward, he explained my options.I would highly recommend him.
